After 3 successive books, Pattison’s NOW! regains the number 1 spot in the Alberta capital. While the station showed a .4 share increase from winter/spring, the decline of CHED from a 11.4 to a 10.2 was enough for the two to swap ranks.
CISN continues to ride the country wave and posted a nice ½ share jump book-to-book.
Bell will be very pleased with the showing of the Bear. The rocker posted its best numbers in recent memory and jumped from a 5.1 to a 7.2. Along with the 2-share jump came a significant rank increase from 9th to 4th! It will be interesting to see if they can retain that momentum through fall as Sonic follows close on their heels with a 6.9, which is up from a 6.3.
Capital had a nice summer. They sit at a 6.5 and move up a notch to 6th with another Newcap station, CFCW, up from 8th to 7th.
Pattison’s “Up” holds down 8th and rounding out the top 10 is the CBC followed by Classic Rocker, K-97.
