There is an interesting interview posted on all Access today with Mike McVay who at the age of 58 walked away from his successful consulting company to go to work for Lew Dickey and his brother at Cumulus. Mike and I are good friends and we have worked together in three different countries over the past 20 years.  McVay clearly has a lot on his plate as he takes on responsibility for  over 500 radio stations for Cumulus across the USA. Read the interview here thanks to All Access
