Astral Radio Deals is Astral Radio’s latest web platform. This exciting new website allows visitors to purchase gift certificates at a significant discount that can be redeemed for goods or services offered by select merchants.
The Project Manager will ensure the success of all assigned sales projects which includes scheduling of vendor lists and all other activities related to these projects.
Responsibilities:
- Receive all materials from sales teams and their clients and create various online offers promoting clients’ products
- Oversee the integration of visual content into our websites via CMS (Content Management System) as well as the production, posting (online) and broadcasting (on-air) of promotional materials (banners, commercials, newsletters, etc.) in collaboration with other departments
- Handle reservations and scheduling for each event and ensure that all materials required for holding an event are acquired prior to the sale date
- Support the sales team in developing training materials and sales packages
- Collaborate with an external supplier to prepare each event and track related sales
- Provide customer service and technical support to clients (buyers), either by telephone, e-mail, social media or in person and oversee the Street Team tasked with preparing client orders
- Produce various reports including statistical compilations and work in collaboration with the Director, Astral Radio Deals, to produce analyses
- Track sales and reimbursements in collaboration with the finance department
- Manage operational costs and perform billing follow-ups
- Other duties as assigned
Skill requirements:
- Education or training in web marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, web services and new media and customer service
- Experience in e-commerce and post-sale customer service is a strong asset
- Knowledge of computer graphics (Photoshop or Illustrator) and HTML
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail, precision and efficiency
- Independent, flexible, resourceful and patient
- Excellent customer service skills and sales/results oriented
- Ability to adapt to last minute or unexpected changes by proactively seeking out solutions
- Strong editing and writing skills
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced level in Excel is required
- Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is a strong asset?
Additional Information:
- The successful candidate must be available to start work at 10:00am EST (or 8:00am MST) every Wednesday
